Right, i know maoism requires guerilla warfare and the state owning the means of production, but what about leninism, or marxism, or another -ism?
What are the differences?

You can get some info from this mirror of the old Red Encyclopedia: http://reds.linefeed.org/

some are going to say that the information is biased. The guy who made the old site is a Comrade for the Chicago Socialist Party.

I sugguest reading this basic intro to Marxism-Leninism (http://www.oneparty.co.uk/html/courses.html). Then you will be able to tell the more subtle differences between lines and tendencies amongst the various communist groups.
