And I feel worthless because of it. I don't know why, I'm a communist and what bothers me the most isn't that I won't get any money, but its that no one thinks I'm worthwhile enough to hire. I'm also pretty upset that I can't get any money to repay my federal loans, and I'm a burden to my family. I guess this is how capitalism is supposed to make you feel.

Yeah, I know how you feel. I was unemployed for like, a year before I finally got the shitty, minimum wage job I have now. The only thing worse than being exploited by capitalism is not being exploited by capitalism.

Yes, my cousin who lives in Spain is ecstatic that he has a part time job so he can afford his 450 Euro monthly shithole rent. 56% youth unemployment...

Yeah. I applied at like ten places and none of them hired me. Guess what motherfuckers, I'm never gonna have any work experience if no one gives me a chance to work.

I'm fortunate enough to live with my parents so I guess I don't really need a job, but I feel like shit for not having one, and I want money dammit.

The worst thing is when people start telling you tips on how to write your CV or some shit... You know they're just trying to be helpful but you just wish they would fuck off.

doesn't even make sense

And even when you do manage to find a shitty job with shitty wages and shitty hours they pretty much wave your total impotence before them in your face non-stop. I know so many people stuck in a cycle of getting a shit job after looking for ages, pouring themselves into it, and then getting fired for shit reasons or no reason at all rinse and repeat.

It's only a matter of time before I lose my job. I've been so close, and I was suppose to technically get fired 2 weeks ago but my boss let it slip for some reason (probably just needs all the help they can get for the holidays).

Even with a job I can't afford all my bills, debt, medicine, etc. So I have a fear of not getting a job once I get laid off. I never do well in interviews. Done well over 150 of them and only have been offered a job 4 times in my life.

I hate having to supplicate myself before some potential dickhead employers.

i had trouble getting employed and then i applied at mcdonalds and they hired me in less than a week. ive been here for about 7 months and we're desperate for people. we have trouble getting people to stay cus its stressful work and you get treated like shit. only people that stay here are people that are desperate or discouraged to leave and seek other employment. we hire new people like every other week.

Time is a precious commodity. Don't despair so much and use the time to do constructive things like reading, working on hobbies and spend time learning from history and how to overthrow capitalism. Start an anti-capitalist reading group and build an unemployed and underemployed workers union or some other union. Let me stress it again, time is a precious commodity and it should be us, the unemployed and underemployed who organize to overthrow this vile political-economic system.

30 hour work week, demand it now!

If you can do it find some petty service capitalist job that will allow you to make some money to survive. Vven if you are contributing only a grain of social revolution in the real world then you are doing good things.
