I hate to use the term "counter-revolutionary" due to how many members throw the term around rendering it meaningless for the most part (along with fascism, reactionary, etc.), but the actions of the KKE really embody the term.

There have been heated discussions about this event. This has lead me to conclude that the Marxist-Leninists were defending their protest in front of parliament, rather than parliament itself. The anarchists were going to hurl molotov cocktails at the riot police, thereby jeopardising the members of PAME/KKE that were protesting in front of parliament.

This seems to be the most convincing interpretation of what happened.
