Not at all I don't think. I think it's probably considered pretty weird. Unless the girl in question is a communist, then it might be a turn on. But even then I don't think (or try not to think) that any human male or female is turned on by certain political views even ones identical to theirs. I also don't think that any reasonable person would judge someone immediately based solely on the fact that they were a communist (though maybe I'm being a bit naive).
Just don't be a tankie and you should be fine (or if you are an actual tankie, try your damnedest to imitate the caricature of someone who is willing to not look like an idiot in front of all of society). Say no to the tank, always.

Depends on if you try the horizontal recruitment tactic.

hahahaha I love "horizontal recruitment". I seriously LOL everytime I see that phrase written on this site. It's definitely my favorite piece of left-wing terminology.
Anyway, I think most people would find a Bolshevik too old and corpse-y to be attractive.

I have yet to find myself a Communist woman, but all the other females I've associated with don't seem to mind.
Although, I haven't been with a conservative. I can imagine that being an issue, in some cases.

I wouldn't know. Most of the chicks I go after either don't know what communism is or think its the government Russia has.

Most girls probably don't want to care about your weirdo politics from a hundred years ago, brubru. Not hating, I'm a Lenninist too.
Not sure if trollin or just silly.
Also, is this the best or worst thread right now?

In my experience, This. I don't know a lot of communists in real life, but it does seem to me that most Communists have good human qualities such as a deep sense for justice, of compassion, pride. I personally get sick when my reactionary dad makes fun of weaker people, i get really really disgusted by the belittling of other people. One time i remember we were walking along the river and he made a joke about some guy in the park... always the same shit. When i started to attain such leftist values at 15 i would just stop giving him my attention and talking with him as my hypothesis is that persons who make fun of other people behind their back are insecure attention seeking bastards. I told him mulyiple times that he has no character and is utter fucking scum for making fun of handicapped, mentally ill or other people.
Oh yeah. Passion is a two edged sword, most persons are attracted to a person with values i have noticed, at least i have gotten a lot of respect since being a communist. But when they find out that the manority of your energy goes into and personality is one of passion, you mostly get called a fanatic etc. Long Live Communism, the rest is just existence.

I was once in a group of people and was ranting about something or other, eating the rich or something and this posh woman laughed uproariously and exclaimed, "Oh my God! Are you some kind of communist?" And I replied that yes, yes I am. After that she was all over me.
She had beautiful teeth.
But nothing happened as I will not cross that class line.

Well, Bolshinstvo means majority. Bolshoy means big. So you could somehow make it into a double meaning, to imply you have a 12-inch penis.
(yeah yeah yeah, women aren't obsessed about the size of your dick and it might be perceived as misogynist to imply they are, I know, I know, I'm just making a joke)

All you people be misunderstanding the question here. It's not about whether being a Bolshevik is a good way to attract the ladies, it's about whether women are turned on by themselves being Bolsheviks, i.e. are some women Bolsheviks because being so turns them on...?
...either way the answer would obviously be 'generally not but perhaps in a minority of cases, who knows and/or gives one?'

I've gotta be honest, my girlfriend gets turned the fuck on whenever I start talking about Marxism and/or Leninism because she finds intelligence attractive (Whether I'm actually intelligent I don't know, but she perceived me as such and that's all that matters).
It's actually gotten kind of awkward. I'll be responding to a Revleft post real quick on my laptop, my girlfriend will be reading, then she'll wanna get busy right after I'm done posting, but Marxism doesn't turn me on so most of the time I'm like "wha...?"

I think that the whole idea of women liking any one simply for the political persuasion is absurd. Infact its about as shallow as wanting a man sole due to his money and possessions.

A girl I used to be in a relationship with had dated another self-proclaimed socialist before, and once joked that the one thing all of her exes had in common was that "they're all commies". Another time when some girl asked what I was reading, I said "The State and Revolution" by Vladimir Lenin, and she was turned on by it.

Yeah Stalin was attractive and all but I think his attractiveness is way over-talked about.
I mean seriously, every thread ends up a discussion of how bangable Stalin is. It's like, with every post made in a thread, the chance of Stalin's handsomeness coming up goes up by 5%.

Young Stalin should be a lesson to everyone. The next time you're at a party and you see a guy who looks like a rugged, more handsome Keanu Reeves with Johnny Depp hair, playing a guitar and staring at you with his big, soulful eyes, keep in mind that in 30 years, he could look a little less flattering.

While this is a kind of cringe worthy question in that it's basically saying "does being a bolsh help me pick up chicks?" which has several kinds of wrong in it. However my ex did list the fact that I'm a marxist among the reasons why she was with me. So I suppose in a more general sense women probably prefer men who are not reactionary assholes. And if she has a somewhat similar political persuasion yes, I suppose being a bolshevik can be a turn-on.
I myself wouldn't mind being sweeped off my feet by a clever and charming bolshevik of either gender. Ah studying russian in the candlelight, drinking vodka and living of borstj and russian bread. I'll recite poems of my namesake and we'll make love as hot as the revolutionary flame in our hearts.
