Does anybody know some leftist or anarchist drum 'n bass?
DnB is very VERY hard to come by in Holland.:(

Jungle/DnB is pretty much an apolitical genre of music, and a lot of it is instrumental. You might wanna check out digital hardcore, Atari Teenage Riot, the band that pioneered the style, were social anarchists. I don't really care for that stuff, but you might.

I was thinking of ATR. I have a comp done by Alec Empire of ATR that has a bunch of really extreme crazy ass punk/industrial d'n'b on it. Not sure how much is so political.
I'm partial to Metalheadz but I am 182 years old.

I don't know how you can tell the politics of any instrumental music.
Must one google the musicians and see whether they've done or said Left or Anarchist things; and if so, feel more warm and fuzzy listening to the drum and bass therefore?

ATR is not DnB at all. Not everything with breakbeats is DNB.

For example: Roni Size is a DnB-style with lots of lyrics, so weaving in a political message IS possible.
But i don't know if it even exists...

You're not going to find too much (thats any good anyway) as the two dont really blend well together.
Here's a few examples that have a sort of leftish theme though
Akala- Bullshit (Chase and Status remix) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=h59BUfW8lcw
Ian Brown- Illegal Attacks (Rufige Kru remix) http://www.youtube.com/watch?&v=_7oBUPpuw5U#!
Loadstar- Berlin http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yK2B3ON06aQ
DRS- Holding on (ft Lenzman, Jehst & Riya) http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QW4Ks6OLjxo

I knew it...i always ask the impossible :blushing:
DnB is just one of the styles i like and so far only found some Metal with political lyrics...
No DnB, no Hardcore-house, no mainstream pop (Lady Gaga a teeny tiny bit)...
Classical is out of the question.
Back to metal then...
ps. i like it, as long as it's hard (DnB-example: Roni Size - Scrambled Eggs)

Oh yeah also i thought DNB was meant to be pretty big in Holland. Check out Innovation in the Dam http://www.innovation.gb.com/dam2012/ Massive lineup this year!
If you want political music though i'd suggest looking more towards hip hop

Hmm...i never found hip hop to satisfy me (except for some mainstream like Eminem, Dr. Dre, and old-skool KRS One).
I need it fast, loud and crazy :w00t:! (Like my exaple of Roni Size's Scrambled eggs, or Pantera, Judas Priest, the old Hardcore-house form Hellraiser)

Not drum 'n bass, but the first thing that came to mind was this dubstep song:

I know that one! Listening to it today!
Noisia is cool though. They're from Holland. They got cool beats!
Oh, and a great label, with great artists (Some good Dutch Hip Hop-artists like "Kraantje Pappie")

I'm also really curious to find some left wing d'n'b. I think it's pretty hard to come by at the moment, but in the future, when electronic is pretty much the only music genre around (give us 30 years I'd say), we'll have plenty of political neurofunk and jump up dnb :P

Neh...acoustic music is making a real big comeback.
Examples: Gotye, Mumford & Sons, and many more!
