Whenever I ask anyone about political hip-hop, I always get Immortal Technique, dead prez, The Coup, etc. They are great artists, but recently I've found a bunch of practically unheard of revolutionary hip-hop artists. I'll name a few below, but the point of this thread is to share artists that we don't think many people know about.
Here we go:
1.) Bambu- Probably on of my favorite and least known communist rappers. He's a pinoy hip-hop artist from Los Angeles.
"Pow Wow Drums" (about the immigration laws in the U.S. border states)
CbVaKLFuPEI&
"Chairman Mao"
4OZ3H5WvVEc
"Nicole" (about a Filipino woman raped by U.S. marines)
DJp3n9P2NbU
"No One Left"

2.) Rebel Diaz- Latin communist hip-hop duo based in South Bronx, New York, with roots in Chicago.
