Stalin would have done better to reinvent himself hipster Country Joe, the male model. It would have HAD to have been improvement over his failing role as The Great Helmsman. Stalin screwed up some many times it is hard to settle on his biggest blunder. It's a close race between the "Third Period" blunder that let Hitler into power and Der Pakt, the fiasco that let Hitler avoid a two-front war.
