Decided to put this in OI Learning, just in case there might be any 'Social Falangists' on here (the original word seems to be censored?). First of all, I must say that the word "Socialist Falangist" is by far one of the most hypocritical names for a political tendency that I have ever seen (the Libertarian Eco-Nazis soaring ahead in first place), and I am curious about them.

What are their motives? I only stumbled upon a website of theirs just recently, and was through confused by what they actually supported. At one point a poster had seemed very coherent in views on anti-racism and feminism, at the next he was spewing creepy as fuck militarist, rank-in-file drivel about needing a "proletarian police state" (how the fuck does that even make sense!?) and a 'strong leader'.

I also noticed that many of them supported that incredibly annoying and ironic trend of "revolutionary Syndicalists", who aren't Anarcho-Syndicalists at all but rather bourgeois collaberators, reformists and often solid nationalists.

Is this like Marx-Leninism gone rotten, or something? What do they support as the path towards Socialism/Communism?

They're fascist/fascist-like. They sided with Franco in the Spanish Civil War, so that should tell you something.

Just as many countries produced their own unique theories on socialism so too did different theories emerge on fascism. Italian fascism, German fascism are the famous ones but the falangists are the Spanish version. It's based mainly on the early Italian fascism which was in part based on syndicalism.

It's interesting that they were against racism but not unheard of. I've come across British fascists (followers of Moseley) who do the same.

Falangism is basically the catholic version of wahhabiism as far as I know, that's why it enjoyed minor success at different times in other parts of the Catholic world, the most famous group outside of Spain being of course the Kataeb party in Lebanon that enjoy butchering Palestinians. Of course it not surprising that Falangism found a home in Lebanons political climate given it's sectarian nature.
