View Full Version : What can I do with these disgusting racists?

OK, first an introduction: I've been reading RevLeft posts for very long but never posted anything before, today things changed because I need to ask for help.

I was using a imagescrapper (a site that collects image from the internet for wallpapers and such), from there I ended up on a a German imageboard (a site like 2Chan or 4Chan). The site is called "Krautchan.net" international board, or /int/ . After browsing it for a while I was dismayed, it's full of racists, but what struck me the most is a post where some idiot posted a video of a little girl in Sweden getting attacked by a dog, she's not "white" so the son of *****es were literally cheering she was attacked.

I cannot post images because I have less than 25 posts, but I've uploaded the screncap to:

http://imgur.com/8kp3c.jpg

Can someone able to post images please post this image here so people can see what I'm talking about? *Moderator edit: I've fixed the link for you -Yazman*

And I know I shouldn't get this angry over some losers on the internet, but when a bunch of stupid fuckers start cheering that a little girl is mauled by a big dog I just cannot help it.

I'm out of words, and I feel powerless and impotent, I use internet daily, but I don't know a lot of its inner workings. Is there a way I can denounce those people to their respective country authorities? (those balls with the flag show the nationality of each poster)

They call people of dark skin "shitskins" they create threads cheering that maniac Breivik, they have dozens of racist threads and images. That place is the worst piece of crap I've ever seen.

Atahualpa, I hate racism with a purple passion, too, and am surrounded by it where I live in the rural US. So what's to do? You might be in better position than I, for I'm the only radical in my region.

We need to promote communal, revolutionary processes that honor the human species in its social diversity. Thus we need to develop revolutionary processes out of capitalism--the system that splits people into alienated, warring individuals--and into various forms of anarchist/communist community. There are perhaps some groups in your area to investigate.

If you haven't already done so, you absolutely must read Jared Diamond's Guns, Germs, and Steel, which destroys any theories of racial superiority. Guns conclusively shows that the different stages of development of various people have been the product of geography, not intelligence.

There's one race: the human race. My red-green best.

It really amazes me how the internet empowers and gives voice to alienated people with crazy ideas.
Their identity- like any imageboard, which tends to have a conservative hivemind- is borrowed. You shouldn't judge people like this, most of them are only trying to fit in among the group.

Internet racists are sniveling cowards, they would never say any of what they say online in real life. But if you do see one in real life, introduce his head to the pavement.

Hum... Isn't this the same thing that happens here in Revleft? Internet tough guys posting about their political opinions but not daring to take any action?

(Note that I also find these racists disgusting and immature, but sometimes I doubt if Revleft isn't just some bizarro world version of Stormfront)

Eh there's nothing really you can do, just avoid their website

My advice: just walk away. The internet is a dark, dark place filled with horror and all of society's most rejected characters and phenomena (i.e. revleft). To avoid getting hopelessly and pointlessly angry and passionate about something you can't change, just accept that it exists and stay away from those assholes.

Pardon me comrade, but why would you waste your time with 4Chan? Those guys take pride in their ability to get people riled up. The more you show them you're bothered by racism, the more racist they'll be. Half of those people probably don't even believe what they're saying, they're just trying to get a reaction out of you.

If someone called me a "sandnigger" I'd beat the living fuck out of them.

I disagree. There a lot of us on here here are vocal about the things we're vocal on revleft about "in real life" and many of us also take action in various forms. Just because the movement is small doesn't mean it's not moving.

Being offensive simply for the sake of being offensive.

Many hosting providers don't like being associated with racist content. Maybe you should complain to the company that hosts the site?

Depending on where the site is hosted the racist bullshit could also be illegal.

Or ally with some skilled hackers to destroy their little site...

Well, after my neighbors were savagely attacked by dogs recently, I find the idea of someone laughing at the idea insulting. Depending on the dog, they can do some serious damage.

It isn't your job to tell people how to post or who is and isn't a troll. It's mini-modding and it's off topic. Since this is your first post I'm not going to consider this to be a warning or an official action, but don't do it again please.

If you do have comments on a poster here at Revleft feel free to send a message to any moderators or admins on the site.

Being offensive simply for the sake of being offensive.

This is true and is the reason why it doesn't make sense to work yourself up about people who say such things over the internet.

Out of pure curiosity I goggled it, went to krautchan - int (www.krautchan.net/int) and it doesn't look at all how OP said it was. It seems more like an imageboard of culture and language exchange? Maybe he stumbled upon a parody there?

This I know and recognize, I was referring more to the post I was replying than anything, that is, that "introduce their head to the pavement" is a kind of comment you would see in Stormfront.

I found some racist nonsense when I looked there. Not as much as I expected, but it was there. Clearly in a "joking" manner, I think. Shitty humor but either way -- it's people posting anonymously on the internet. No reason to get worked up over it, as dumb as it is.
