WAAAH! They took our digital likeness and used it sing other people's songs on a game WAAAAAH!...we'll keep the money you gave us of course..and we'll demand more in damages because we're so upset WAH!
Sometimes these 'artists' really irritate me.

No Doubt have settled a three-year legal dispute with the makers of a music video game over their use of the band members' likenesses.
The rock band agreed to feature in Band Hero, but objected to players being allowed to use Gwen Stefani's character to perform songs by other artists.
They accused Activision of breach of contract and fraudulent inducement in documents filed in Los Angeles in 2009.
Activision Publishing Inc. had denied all wrongdoing.
Court papers show a settlement between the two parties was reached on Monday.
Band Hero, a spin-off of Guitar Hero, debuted in November 2009.
In the same month, No Doubt brought the case against gaming giant Activision, claiming the video game turned them "into a virtual karaoke circus act".

The first concert I ever saw=Bush, with No Doubt opening for them. It was, hmm, 1996. What's next...is Blues Traveler going to sue any game with a "heavyset" lead singer?

You're kidding right? They are on tour and have not one, but two shitty hit songs out right now.

Yeah, some people are living under a musical rock. It almost seems impossible to turn on a radio and not hear No Doubt.

Sorry, I listen to the local publicly funded college station. I makes me feel cool and trendier than I actually am.

OK, sorry, had no idea they still performed together...must just be in States as I've not heard a lick of anything of theirs on the radio here (tho I admit I don't tune in that often).

They're still whining idiots re this case.
