Workers of the Union of Telephone Workers of Mexico are outraged by the alliance of the Mexican rightwing with the Venezuelan rightwing candidate Capriles, and denounced that from TELMEX facilities are making calls to Venezuelan homes featuring two modes:
1) they send prerecorded voice messages seeking to imitate the voice President Chavez, these calls are made in the early morning hours aimed at creating anxiety and rejection,
2) other operators with a Mexican accent "report" to whom answer those calls, the imminent death of Chavez trying to induce voters to not voting for Chavez and having a civil war scenario.
The alliance Capriles-Carlos Slim is based in the offering of the right candidate Capriles to sell the Venezuelan telephone operator CANTV to Mexican Jewish billionaire considered the world's richest man.

Remember that the tycoon Carlos Slim was about to buy the Venezuelan operator, said trading was not closed by the Bolivarian government intervention who re-nationalized the telephone company which was in the hands of American capital from Verizon.

Number 1: Sr. Carlos Slim is not Jewish. To quote wikipedia: "Slim was born in Mexico City, Mexico in 1940 to Maronite Christian parents Julián Slim Haddad and Linda Helú, both of Lebanese descent."

Number 2: I am sure Chávez will win the October election in Venezuela and manage to postpone fundamental change in that country for at least another six-year term, or for however long the Venezuelan President is able, just as he has done since he first become the Chief Executive of that country.

Leopoldo Lopez, from the MUD coalition party "Voluntad Popular" did mount the biggest spam campaign ever in the history of Venezuela. It was so bad, a Brazilian journalist who came to cover the elections, made an article entitled "electoral stalking". She bought 2 different cell phones and shortly after activating, received recorded calls telling her to vote for Capriles. All youtube users who did not have any means of blocking ads, would see both a side Primero Justicia ad, and on top of any video, a banner for Primero Justicia, as long as your IP was from Venezuela.

Capriles lost, but the party (Voluntad Popular) who mounted this massive spam campaign, only got 3% of the votes. So they wasted a massive amount of (no doubt american taxpaid money, funneled by NED, USAID and other facades) for nothing.

A letter was leaked from one company offering this "service", claiming they would make +250000 daily calls. I did, in fact received both a local and international call to my personal cellphone, and they even knew my name...

President Chavez in a speech said: "We were not prepared to this kind of dirt trick, we made a traditional campaign, nothing of this sort"; he later suggested to the National Assembly to consider legislating against this, "In Brazil, this practice is illegal".

Not only the recorded calls invited to vote for Capriles, some people received calls at late night/before dawn with "Chavist messages", to upset people against Chávez.

One of my calls came from the number +110-226-8800 I have no idea what country code is that; the recording was of Leopoldo Lopez, no Mexican accents and i don't care what their religion is.
