I expect this has been beaten to death here; but in a Marxist world who decides what and how much I contribute and recieve?

No one/You. Do your best to contribute and take what you need :)

A Marxist world is one where economic surplus has been established. Contribute what you want and take what you need/want. There will probably be cultural institutions (this is the wrong word but I can't think of another right now) encouraging input and discouraging wasteful consumption, but nothing will be forced.

Anyone want to factor in human behavior and try again?

Anyone want to factor in human behavior and try again? You mean like how humans for most of our history, until about 10,000 years ago, pretty much only worked to contritbute what we could to our social groups and in return got a share of what they needed in order to survive.
There is nothing really abnormal in humans interacting on this basis, in fact it can be observed today in, for example, group projects where everyone is a volunteer. Because we live in capitalism, this is kind of limited to non-essential things since we still need a wage for the essentially. But if if neighbors got together the clean up the neighborhood, you might see this kind of collective volunteer effort. If one of the neighbors was able-bodied and consitantly refused to help for no good reason, maybe folks would neglect the trash in front of their house, but if they were old and just couldn't help out or was a single parent working two jobs, I doubt people would leave trash in front of their house.

You list your tendency as 'Anarchist'. Why not read Kropotkin for the answer to this question?

Anyone want to take bets on how long until you get restricted?
The vast majority of human history is primitive communism, if there is a "human nature", then it is capitalism which runs counter to it.
