I am politically apathetic, so if I sound like an ass sometimes it is because I am either having you on or because I generally have no position on an issue whatsoever. I tend to vote on the 'left' in New Zealand i.e. the Green Party, though I voted tactically for NZ First last election on the basis his party was the lesser evil i.e. NZ First vs National Party.*

*But I will likely vote Green Party or United Future as both have good education policy and positions on gay rights, being a bisexual male atheist I have a difficult choice next election. Fortunately National is going to be out in two years, till then two more years of austerity hell i.e. the govt bashing the students, elderly, etc and lowering tax for the wealthiest; while unemployment goes up and up.

Welcome to Revleft. If you have any problems here or issues then let me know asap via private message and I'll see what I can do.

Just a question: If you're politically apathetic then why did you register for Revleft? I mean if you really just don't care what made you sign up to a political forum at all, let alone a revolutionary leftist one? I'm not complaining of course, and I'm glad to have you here, it just seems like an odd choice if you genuinely don't give a shit.

Hi! As mentioned above, why are you here if you are apolitical? What made you look to join a radical leftist forum?

Anyways, welcome aboard and I hope you enjoy your time here. :)

Welcome! Perhaps the political apathy you mention is telling you to go a lot farther left than the Green Party. Revleft is a good place to make such a move.

Welcome to the board.

You aren't as apolitical as you think, comrade. You consciously vote (even if voting doesn't really mean much, but that is beside the point), and you joined a political forum, and a radical leftist forum at that :)

welcome!
Many of the best communists come from a background of solid political apathy. I actually think itīs a healthy starting point for a young person before developing their politics.;)
Enjoy the forum.

Welcome, I'm from NZ too. Not sure why you voted for NZ First since they're some of the most conservative goons in the country. You could have just voted for Green, as you claimed to have done in the past, who ended up with more votes than NZ First. Anywho, I could care less about elections.
