Hello,

I am another disillusioned realist who has given up hope either of the two major political parties in the U.S. can ever bring about anything other than the current version of theocracy/oligarchy that currently exists in U.S. politics.

Personally, I understand the need for a third party, and I understand the imposing obstacles set up to discourage such a thing. I tend to vote with the Green Party, personally.

Otherwise I'm a fairly normal person, other than my need to torture cats and set up hidden cameras in public restrooms.

And who doesn't enjoy a good potty-cam video? Welcome, comrade!

Welcome! I have extensive Green Party experience, and I have yet to find a single Greenie with an anti-capitalist analysis. Yes, we need a real third party, but the Green Party is a capitalist party and good only for a protest vote now and then.

So lets go to work on organizing a party of, by, and for workers/people.

I've met one or two Greenies that were anti-Capitalist, but not revolutionary in mindset.

Anyway, welcome to the board - you will find plenty of interesting and enlightening discussions here!

Hello, comrade!

I'm from the midwest as well, however I'm communist, never really thought much of Green Party.
