The Post Garden Migration

It appears that there has been a recent influx of new posters from this mysterious site called post garden. I say we deport them before they steel our Rep points, and ruin our culture!

But seriously what is this Post Garden and what went down there?

SomethingAwful used to have a very popular leftist forum until the mods got tired of it and shut it down. Since then there have been many spin-off forums, some of which have collapsed and others such as Post Place (formerly called Post Garden) still remain. Lately there has been some discussion about getting the two communities to interact with each other.
