What do you think about the UN...

Since the USA is the major provider of money to the UN, that makes me think the UN is not an unbiased organization, obviously because they receive most of their money from the USA. The USA want to conquer their world with their "semi very semi - capitalist" ideas.
Which is why i think the USA should get out of the UN and stop giving the that money whcih the UN only uses to spread US (the evil empire) ideals.

do you think the USA should get out of the UN and stop funding them and also bailing that miserable UN peace keeping force which gets run over in every country they go to (somalia and in kosovo)?

Yes the U.N. is predominantly funded by the U.S., and yes this does create a bias. I would suggest though the fact the U.S. has a military presence in 100 of the U.N.'s 185 countries is the most obvious bias there. It would be ignorant to think that the U.S. doesn't have undue influence over the U.N. and it's voting members, but there are still a few who don't Kow-Tow to the states there. I think the U.N. is still viable and quiet likely the best chance to form a united front against American interests at a global level. You're right in your commenting that the U.N.'s peacekeepers have become unproductive. Personally I think a bette solution to this than disbanding them is to lessen their angaement restrictions. Because the alternative to the U.N. is already becoming. N.A.T.O. peackeppers and there's no one in that organization who says no to the U.S.

As soon as some better option comes I'll take, in the meantime I'll hang on to the shreds of hummanitarian endeavors left.......

Yes. A big problem with the UN peacekeepers is that they send sometimes 3rd world country forces. :o
which suck, thus enabling whcihcever their enemy is to just walk over them. This happened in somalia where they had i think pakistani's or indian's as the UN peacekeepers. :o
