Human Lefts

Anyone have any suggestions on a documentary that goes over the Cochabamba Riots and the World Bank's role in the whole deal? I remember seeing one about two years ago, but I can't find it now. Also, it would be highly beneficial if it were to take a social justice/human rights perspective to the events than a communist/anarchist and anything else that scares the living shit out of people that don't understand it. For example, "The World Bank: The Highest State of Capitalism Realized" would be something to avoid. Maybe something like "Failures of the World Bank" would be more acceptable for this occasion.
Thanks in advance!
