According to the Greek newspaper ekathemerini horrendous cuts are about to be announced which the greeks are going to find intolerable. Pensions health education social security will be slashed and burnt. Privatisation will let rip and massive layoffs in the public sector are to go ahead. Sacre bleu!!!!!

I suppose it may radicalize the Greek proletariat. However it may also destroy their morale. Only time will tell when it comes to Greece.

So Greece is kind of put up for sale right now? First ruining it, then buying it for a small price.

I recently read an article in International Living that basically said this, LOL. The article basically said, and I paraphrase: Things are going to get worse in Greece before they get better. There will be hunger, poverty, widespread destitution, massive riots and chaos...so get ready to swoop in and buy a prime piece of Greek real estate while it's cheap!!!

How much can the greeks take? they must be near snapping point!! or pessimistically maybe they are just too apathetic or just trying to survive. They face a choice fight harder than ever before and have a chance of defeating this abomination or go back to the dark ages.

Maybe they just keep clinging to hope that things will get better. I on the other hand to quote woody allen felt better when i gave up hope!!

I have to say that the situation in Greece is definetly going to get worse before it gets better. There is no party which poses any sort of serious threat to state power (regardless of whether or not you want to seize it or smash it).
