Some people here talk a lot about fetishization of particular entities or concepts. It seems to serve the purpose of protecting people from the influence of capitalism. What are the common kinds of capitalist fetishization?
- Commodity festishim
- Democracy fetishism
- Individualism fetishism
... What's left?
But aren't there forms of "communist" fetishization that we should be careful of? For example anti-fetishism may be a form of fetishism too (depending on how it is used, of course). I believe that too much attention to whether or not something is fetishism could be harmful for communism. Yes, that would make my topic somewhat ironic, but please be serious.
