hmmm what else about me...I like travelling a lot, when I can afford to, I'm studying social work at the moment. I'm a singer-songwriter and I love learning languages in my spare time, when I have some.

I've been to Finland twice now. my ex-boyfriend was Finnish and his parents spoke nothing but Finnish, so I started learning for their sake. I keep learning now because I don't easily give up on thins.


Care to expand?

It's hard, because I find it difficult to categorise myself accurately. I would take a guess that I'm a democratic socialist though.

I think it's hard for anyone to do volunteer work in the community sector and study community services without being left wing. With the exception of a couple of people in my class, we are all left.

No, there's not. Well there are tests, but they're pretty bad. The best thing is to just keep reading and reading more stuff and things will probably kind of fall in place with time. There's no hurry to try to label and categorize yourself at this point too much, it pretty much just results in you thinking something because that's how your tendency thinks while it should go the other way around. Get some nice books, read some Marx or guides to Marx, get active in your local orgs if at all possible and post here. Eventually, the confusion will just kind of go away.
