A federal appeals court on Friday rejected efforts by the recording industry to compel the nation's Internet providers to turn over names of subscribers suspected of illegally swapping music online.
I personally download music as a preview. If I like what I hear, I'll buy it. I'm one of those people who think the artist should be paid for their efforts. I know, I know..... we've been down this road a 100 times.....
