My advice? Don't.

As Lizard King said, it's probably best to avoid these kind of people. You really don't want to give them the satisfaction of an argument, making them believe they have a valid opinion. There is no argument to be had, you can point them to some resources to educate them. Leave it at that and hope one day they crawl out from under their rock of ignorance.

Once I was having an arguement like that with a friend of a friend in a cafeteria. When I asked him why he believes men are better than women he told me that men can do whatever women do and much better and they can also beat the cr*p out of them whenever they want.

I stood up in a chair and I started acting like a monkey and I started hitting him (he was shorter and thiner than me he couldn't hurt me). I hit him a little bit and then I stopped. These people are to be pursued relentlessly into the devil's asshole. If you get entertainment out of it then that's fine but they should not be taken seriously - they are the enemy afterall

There are some people worth debating. It's worth it to debate reformists, it's worth it to debate other left-tendencies... it's worth it to debate people of most views.

Hell, some liberals make decent arguments at times. It's not as if we can just totally ignore them, if we're going to get anything done or bring anyone over to our cause. But then there are the dumbasses.

The sexists, the racists, the fascists, the antisemites, the christian conservatives... no one in their right mind takes these people seriously. They're mostly nonexistent among anyone with half a brain who spends even a miniscule amount of time thinking about or looking into it. They're not worth debating. They're emotionalist fools. Don't waste your time.
