Well, Baidya finally split from UCPN(M) and formed his own Party, the CPN(M): http://www.nepalnews.com/home/index.php/news/2/19952-baidya-describes-his-party-as-third-force.html

What does he call for? An "all-Party government: http://www.telegraphnepal.com/headline/2012-08-20/nepals-new-federal-alliance-is-an-unholy-one:-mohan-baidya

And yes, that would include the RPP -- the right-wing pro-monarchy party. In fact Baidya met with their leader and both agreed that at least they were both "nationalist": http://www.nepalnews.com/home/index.php/news/2/20888-baidya-thapa-discuss-ways-to-end-current-political-impasse.html

Baidya was the foreign Maoists last gasp of claiming that Maoism isn't flawed, it was just some bad revisionists (Dahal who was formerly hailed as a titan of revolution apparently had become revisionist through unknown means). But once again, we see, the folly of the "New Democracy" revealed... I support revolutionaries and I support the workers and peasants of Nepal in their fight, and I supported the UCPN(M) -- but always with the understanding that Maoism would end up being a brake pedal on the working class, not a gas pedal, and would have to be overcome.

At this point, my analysis appears to have been completely vindicated by events.

Repeat I support the UCPN(M) in having abolished the monarchy and waged an incredible struggle. But the Party has revealed the bankrupt nature of New Democracy and the Bloc of Four Classes, is now obviously bourgeois, and its splinter under Baidya is no different.

There aren't too many who really think Nepal is truly Maoist--it's communism is called "Prachandapath", which is based on Maoism, but is a different entity altogether.
