Well, for one, he's been an open ally of American imperialism in the horn of Africa and alongside the dictator of Eritrea, he is responsible for a pointless and bloody war that wasted the resources of their two already poor third world countries. He's also responsible for selling huge swaths of Ethiopian land to foreign investors regardless of the fact that most of the farmers who already live on that land needed that land to feed themselves.
