Well today I find out my doughter in law in past borrowed money, she have small baby and she can't pay of. Most of horrible their sending letters with treat. She is going soon to citizens advice bureau to get good advice and she is thinking maybe she could do it Bankruptcy so she could get out from mess, is anybody had those nasty experiece please would you open my mind how I could help her.
I am upset very upset the last think I want to see suffer another family with small baby.

Bankruptcy is the last option. Your daughter can arrange to pay the minimum to the debt collectors and they have to accept. Normally, if you have no money at all, the debt company scum suckers will freeze the debt for a short amount of time while you go to CAB and get whatever advice they can give.

This is the first step, go to CAB. These debt companies always try and threaten you but there's little they can do aside from take you to small claims court normally. You can't go to prison for debt as far as I know, unless its for council/government money.

Don't panic, your daughter will be okay. I owe money for a credit card plus other money and I basically just try and hold debt companies off at arms-length and make offers to pay the smallest monthly amount when I have money.
