Anyone have any recommendations for literature, I am new to politics and have read a little on Marxism which is where I believe at this point my politics stand but then again I haven't read much other than that. Any websites as well that are reliable, been reading through marxists.org and found it very beneficial.

Other than that there are many online journals that deal with historical and theoretical subjects as well as blogs and newspapers that deal with more topical issues.

Do you have a sense of what kinds of marxist ideas you lean towards? If so, I'd look for groups and networks with similar ideas and see where if they have a journal or newsletter or just seeing what links to journals and other sources they have on their website.

Listen Marxist! Murray Bookchin
Marxism: The Last Refuge of the Bourgeoisie?, Paul Mattick

In general, libcom.org (http://www.libcom.org/) has a lot of good material.

Best intro to Marxist thought in my opinion; Engels, Principles of Communism.
