Brilliant and moving documentary about the black struggle in America, using documentary footage filmed by a group of Swedes that followed the struggle - it has since been put together by a contemporary Swedish filmmaker. It is cut together with a great commentary from people like Angela Davis, Talib Kweli, Bobby Seale and others.
It doesn't have a wikipedia page which, to me, suggests the need for more people to watch it. Its the most honest and coherent account of the black struggle I've seen in documentary-format.
I especially enjoyed the bits that documented the Black Panther's community organizing, highlighting that they were a revolutionary force which way beyond common assumptions about them being concerned with violence solely, although I know that people on here understand that. Great footage that shouldn't be unseen.
