Prince Bandar (aka "Bandar Bush") was recently appointed head of Saudi intelligence and reportedly very active in organizing covert action against Syria.

There are rumors circulating that Bandar was killed in a Syrian retaliation bombing. So far I can only find this one source (which does not seem very trustworthy), has anyone heard anything about this?

If it turns out to be true I think it could be a very big deal...

I hope it's true! They're dropping like flies those Saudi royals!

Unfortunately I think it's just a rumour. I haven't seen any other sites independently reporting on this story :(
The only news on him from the past day is that he was appointed chief of the Saudi secret services.

True but the next generation isn't as prepared, once the sudayris fall an opportunity will be opened during the transition. Sort of like to transition in china, they're better prepared and even they're scared.
