Establishment of industrial armies, especially for agriculture.

What does Marx mean by this?
And what is an "Industrial Army"?

Organized bodies of proletarians with modern technology at their disposal. Nowadays, this means largely automated combines and other heavy machinery, since that's all that's necessary for mass agriculture.

A large amount of workers doing what is necessary.
He probably called it an army because of the large amount of people required to do the amount of work required back in his days then when they are done moving to another field to work there.
These days with mechanization the work can be done with only a very small percentage of the people it would have required back then.
