Probably some minority of people obseesed with 'proper aesthetics' behind this. Ive always hated those stupid 'you can't do this' on your lawn or 'you must have this' type policies in neighborhoods.

Suburban madness. No doubt some of those nice homes have marijuana growing in their basements. Yet they go after a vegetable garden, which would be welcomed nearly everywhere else.

Where i live there are regulations about the color of your roof tiles and front door and the fences you put around your garden.

Fortunately they are only prohibiting the more extreme colors but its still annoying to even have to verify any choices you would make.

Who doesn't have marijuana growing in their basement in Canada and don't even get me started on Drummondville, that place wishes it was Sherbrooke!
