View Full Version : SAC-member attacked by criminal gang in his home
A member of SAC(anarcho-syndicalist union in Sweden) was last week attacked in his home by six members from the criminal gang Werewolf Legion. SAC is currently in a conflict with a staff hiring company in the hotel and restaurant business.

Instead of negotiations Werewolf Legion busted into the SAC-members house, his wife and children locked in another room and with a knife at his throat he was forced to call the boss of the company and redraw all SACs demands. He was also physically abused by the criminals and threatened with his life. He was also to pay half a million kronor to the criminal gang.
SAC have the last years conducted a campaign in the hotel and restaurant businesses which are heavily controlled by criminal elements and this is not the first incident and not the last. SAC is also waging a campaign with the rest of the radical left in Sweden against staff hiring companies.

what the FUCK. I'm so pissed. SAC is a great group of people, and one of the better organizations that exist in the world. Sounds like Sweden is having some problems with fascists, right-wingers, and criminal-elements in general. Especially after watching that May Day video. How the hell would that employer not get arrested for sending thugs? This is absolutely ridiculous and I wouldn't be surprised if SAC formed a militia eventually.

Because the police and the establishment hate SAC, they have been trying to brand SAC as a mafia for years. And police have attacked our blockades for years. Just three weeks ago the police brutally attacked a blockade by 150 members outside a restaurant in Stockholm with batons and teargas.

I'm sorry that happened. I hope that SAC doesn't give up!

Guess it was just a matter of time.
Doesn't make it less horrible for all involved, however. I've got a lot of friends in SAC, who suddenly finds themselves under death threats. Now, more than ever, it feels like we're back to the early 20th century.
I don't think there's anything you can do to help right now (except continue with what you're doing in the class struggle at the moment), but i'm pretty sure nobody will get angry if they got messages of support from people/groups abroad. The mail adress to the LS (the local organisation, together they form SAC) is propably:
[email protected] , but that might be an old mail adress.
(and let's not make this a thread of bad irony but just keep it serious, it really isn't the place for humour)

The perpetrators are allegedly connected to the Swedish criminal/prison gang 'Werewolf Legion' which (from what I can gather) is really close to the heavy & black metal milieu (apparently the lead vocalist of Dissection is a member as his tattoos show). The group is sprang from is called the 'Misanthropic Luciferian Order' which for all the teenage angst in it's name apparently was pretty srs bsnss and was involved in several murders.
Werewolf Legion is organized like a biker gang (and looks the part) and is involved in extortion rackets, drug trafficking, robbery. Some of its members have worked for private security companies such as G4S whilst others were local entrepreneurs.
Perhaps Swedish members can tell more about this.
He was also to pay half a million kronor to the criminal gang.
50 Pounds?

It seems to be no, or extremely little, connection between the older, satanistic Werwolf Legion, and the nowadays existing crime group, which threatened SAC.
50 Pounds?
46 000 pounds, 71 000 dollars. A lot more than an ordinary person makes in a year...

So basically the bosses sent the Swedish version of the Hells Angels out to beat down the SAC?
So basically the bosses sent the Swedish version of the Hells Angels out to beat down the SAC?
Hells Angels basically controls the criminal scene in Sweden.
The thing is that it is the former leader of Werewolf Legion, Rolando Teran De La Torre that owns the companies that SAC is in conflict with.

luckily not, the swedish version of the hells angels are called the hells angels and the US chapter got nothing on their scandinavian brothers when it comes to criminal extremely brutal behavior; http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Great_Nordic_Biker_War
dont get me wrong, this werewolf legion sounds like very bad buisness to have to tango with but if this where the actuall angels the SAC would be in a whole lot of more shit

Do fash often work for private security companies? I saw Hammerskins being all buddy-buddy with the security at an Iron Maiden concert in Saskatoon.
(Luckily I wasn't wearing my IWW shirt that day.)

SAC:s pressrelease:
Union representative beaten and menaced with death in his own home, and forced at knife point to retract union's demands.
On 2 July at nine p.m. six men with connections to a Stockholm criminal gang, Werewolf Legion, forced their way into the home of a union representative of the SAC Västerort local section. Having locked his wife and her children in another room, they beat the union man repeatedly about the head, and with a knife at his throat forced him to retract all the union's claims against a certain staffing agency with which SAC had been attempting to negotiate. The victim was forced to phone the staffing agency's owner, who is the brother of the leader of the six attackers, and retract all the union's claims.
SAC spokesperson, Anders Knutsson, called for government and police attention to what was in effect a serious attack on the entire union movement. Behind this attack in the union representative's home was the union's having called the staffing agency to a negotiation meeting. On the agenda were two illegal firings, including claims for unpaid salaries and unsettled vacation compensation. After the first meeting, the staffing agency stated the next meeting was to be on its premises, but this did not take place. The next development was the attack of the six hoodlums on the union representative. Not only is the leader of the attack the brother of the agency's owner, but he has held a high position in the Werewolf Legion gang. In addition, after the union representative had been forced under threat of death to drop all union claims, the chief of the attackers informed the union man that he had a personal debt of half a million Swedish kronor to the leader of the Werewolf Legion. This has to be paid within a month or the union man will be killed.
The staffing agency in question hires out personnel mainly to hotels and restaurants. SAC has received reports of many abuses in such staffing agencies. Workplace regulations and union agreements are often ignored, certain agency owners are suspected of having connections to the criminal world, and it is not unusual that these agencies can serve as means of laundering money for criminal gangs. It was only a question of time, said the SAC spokesperson, until attacks on union representatives would begin. SAC is demanding therefore that the police and the Minister of Labour, Hillevi Engström, take immediate measures to get the staffing agencies to follow Swedish labour market regulations and Swedish law.

Quite frankly, there are much more important causes to support. Many trade union leaders suffer daily harassment from the state, which is even worse.

I agree, we can handle the financial situation right now ourselves. But, we suspect the situation will become much worse before it gets better here.
