Is anybody heard about that. Is wonderful events and ideas. Is anybody attended those festivals. Sadly I am not students anymore, suppose I should expected from young people to say about that. Thanks.
Is available on-line to watch German festival, North Korea and some in Russia available.

They usually pick progressive nations (Cuba, Venezuela, South Africa, etc...), if your youth organization is affiliated it could be possible to get there cheaply (only paying the flight ticket for example).

Considering the most recent activity of the organization that does this is a campaign of solidarity with the DPRK, not too sure about it.
