Wiccan High Priestess Arested

I have very upsetting news... I hope Nickadermus reads this and has more info on it...

I just recieved a phone call from a friend last night that Starhawk, an American, San Fransisco based Wiccan High Priestess was arested at Ottowa International Airport, planning on atending the protest (the one Nickadermus mentioned) fellow activist Lisa Fithian of Los Angeles I think is still in custody.

Starhawk, who I'm told shouted to the police, "Do we have freedom to dissent?" Is the author of several Pagan publications, including, "Spiraldance" one of the most famous Wiccan/feminist pubications in print.

i actually heard nothing of starhawk being arrested, however, i will certainly do my best to find out information and let you know

Thanks I tried to search news sites even one in Ottowa but I didn't find any info on it. I suppose they where just picking on known activists.

Also... I ment she's the author of several books, a publication would be just a magazine.... I wrote that in a rush...
