I was just browsing PAME's website and I found this:
Dear comrades,
PAME-All Workers Militant Front- that represents the class trade union movement of Greece expresses its support and solidarity to Unione Sindicale di Base -USB that calls for a 24hour General Strike of all workers of Italy on Friday 22 of June 2012, against the new legislation of the Monti government(that is supported by the centre right and centre left parties). The new law is going deteriorate further the situation of labour rights.
Dear comrades,
We would like you to transfer to your strike demonstration in Rome and Milan the message of the workers of Greece. We stand on the side of the Italian working class to this just struggle against the new legislation of the government, as well as to your struggle against the tax raises, the abolishment of pension rights and the antilabour reformrs is collective bargaining. We wish you great success to your struggles that are also our struggles.

and this from the WFTU:
The WFTU Affiliate in Italy, USB, calls a 24-hour general strike of all workers on June 22, 2012 and a general demonstration in Rome and Milan! Solidarity Messages to be sent at: [email protected]
On its call to the Italian workers the Unione Sindicale di Base (USB) says:
“The Italian government is about to enact a law which further worsens workers’ rights and forms of protection in offices and factories. They envisage to cancel the ban to dismiss workers unlawfully and unfairly. Precarious employment is on the increase, whereas subsidies, allowances, benefits and forms of protection for those who lose their jobs are on the wane.
Together with other Italian struggle unions and confederations, we have called a general strike on Friday, June 22, 2012 to fight against this law, but also against the increase of tax pressures on workers and their families, and against the reform of collective bargaining and the State pension system: Two demonstrations will be organized in Milan and Rome. Do not give up!”

I can't find anything else on it, if someone knows more please post.
