I am watching a documentary on racism in Eastern European football on Belgium television. Thousands of people chanting sieg heil and bringing a hitler salute (not in the third division like we see in East Germany, but in the highest), nazi hooligans attacking Asian migrants in the stadium unprovoked, etc.

Racism and fascism in Eastern Europe are widespread and rampant. From Russia, to Hungary, from Ukraine to Poland. It feels hopeless.

What is its cause?

Well I don't know exactly why? But on Lithuania the some problems something I heard that Lithuania has to pay back what Jews lost in war times which sparked hatred. Big propaganda on TV against Muslims, and highly catholic secular country. Well Catholics don't like Jews or Muslims. Which fucking I hate this.

I watched a documentary about Russian Neo-Nazi's. They seem to have an affluent following. In the documentary, they show how these organizations train their members in paramilitary tactics (using firearms, hand to hand combative techniques , etc,.) to overthrow the government.

To discover the origins of this far-right movement in Eastern Europe, which is attributed to the collapse of the U.S.S.R., which caused poverty and unemployment to rise fairly high. The right-wing seized this opportunity to blame the Jews and immigrants for stealing jobs, and taking away their Russian identity.

The collapse of Yugoslavia also spawned a lot of nationalism and far-right sentiment among Serbians and Croats. Some of the most violent hooligans in world football reside in Serbia - the ultras used to receive paramilitary training.
