Certainly not my style, but i def appreciate the time it took to make those, I hope you enjoy wearing them.

Also now that you have posted them here, they might not be the best choice of garb for more high profile political actions.

I have a couple political shirts which I will take pictures of and post them up.

Cool gear though. Not my style but admirable. You mad them yourself?

I'm designing my own shirt right now on photoshop. Since my family has a shirt printing business I can make me shirts as I please. However, our machine has been broken and at the repair place for the past 3 months or so. We expect it to be fixed sometime soon. Once I get it done I'll snap a pic of it to share with you all.

Okay, here is the design I am working on. I can't decide which of the two I like better.

Is the paint splatter too much? I would love to hear your opinions.

This is my first project on photoshop and I am still figuring out how it works. So try and stay positive lol

I was thinking of putting it on a white or red T-Shirt so let me know which one you guys think is better.

(of course it needs some patching up, this is still just my rough draft.)

Weird. I see it. Hold on I'll try and fix it.

EDIT: See it now?

Yup, I see it now.

I think the splatter effect adds more to the image so I would go with that.

the shirts were already made, and the vests were surplus-store jackets, but i did all the studding and paintwork myself. (with the exception of the op. ivy patch, that was an old tshirt) all the paintwork is freehand, i don't usually use stencils because they take all the techniquie out of it (for me at least)

the paint splatter gives the border more closure, if that makes any sense. i would decide whether you want hard edges or soft (graded) edges, and do the whole image in them.

if i was going to do anything high-profile (anything criminal i don't wanna be caught for) i would never wear anything that'd identify me, regardless of whether it's on the internet or not. i've even thought of gluing the soles of a smaller pair of shoes to my boots, so any prints i leave behind will suggest someone completely different from me.

Yeah I would go with number 2 with slightly less splatter. Maybe put a little bit more details on the faces so the splatter doesn't draw all the attention.

Also looks nice homegrown. I don't usually wear any political clothing except for my Marx shirt, so it's not my style. But you can definitely see you put a lot of work and dedication into them!

Not too such what DIY is..but I agree with theredson. The best thing to do is to dress presentable, khakis, dress shirt/pants, and tie ( with not too outrageous colors, I prefer red.) I want leftists to look as reputable as possible.

Do It Yourself; homemade stuff and what not ;) once i figure out how to make patches and get the mats i think ill post some stuff but it might not be too political :/

To OP: Very nice. I love your stuff. I'll try to post pictures of my jacket and vest and maybe some of my older shirts. I just need to find a way to take a picture haha

I'd love to make shirts like this, but it seems so hard. Especially using Photoshop and printing.
