Ok before you remove me from the commie clu... j/k.. i had to write a paper in one night on cuba and since i was not able to advocate communism due to where I go to school i tried as best as i could. please give me any feedback. and dont flame me for my poor writing . just help me out k thank you!

I did a practise essay on Cuba. It’s in this forum under cubes economic problems have a look. What was the question you were asked to talk about? Mine was about globalization and its impacts on Cuba.

mine was basically ways cuba can increase its economic output.

Not a bad paper. It does need some stylistic revisions though.

example "Like in slavery, America used Cuba as its primary labor force just like slaves during the nineteenth century." can be said much more effeciently. Get rid of the first three words of the sentence. Also a charge like this needs to be backed up with at least two credible references. Controlling the price of cane with a puppet leader is collusion and exploitation and you could get hung up on simple semantics.

It is ok to use pronouns to refer to people and as said before "Cuba" does not need to appear twice in every sentence.

I feel that your ending (starting at about page 4) was stronger than your background. Maybe the stylistic changes would help that.
