First of all, don't mind my username. Because of a lack of inspiration i just took my former counterstrike-nickname that i ripped of the movie Hostel. I think i always felt an affinity with the idea of communism, it just felt right for me. Since the last three years i am studying social work (actually social-cultural work, i think it's quite unique in Belgium) and i became more and more politically aware. So last year i joined the comac, a youth communist movement linked to the belgian communist partie. Finally i met people who has the same ideas, ethics and dreams as i have.
Last month i accidentally came across ***************, and although most of the threads make me sick, i feel like it's a good way to discuss opinions and ideas with people who think more or less the same all over the world. I also liked the idea of sharing knowledge and ideas, offcourse i wouldn't be a communist if i didn't like the idea of sharing ;).
I know a lot about Belgian politics, however i am a noob in analyzing situations like Syria or North Korea...
I think joining this forum might be a good idea to extend my knowledge at certain matters and to check what fellow communists think and feel about my ideas and dreams.
And by the way, my ideas can be best situated in the anarcho-communist ideology. And i also do believe in pan-leftism; i just feel like the little differences of opinions there are between leftists should be set aside for negotiations after the revolution.
I'm looking forward to learning from you all!
