I'm not sure how I found myself to this site but, I am glad that I have.
I've gone through a lot of perceptional changes and there a couple names that I can use to what some people refer to it as: evolutionary conscientious thought, paradigm shift. Whatever term that you do prefer to describe it' the basis of my point is that I have ripped down the veils before my eyes to see what my country is and what it is not.

My personal goals for joining this site is continue to educate myself on political science and philosophical science. Through my own writings, life experiences and seeing others viewpoints I currently see anarchism as a very real way of life. I see it as truly experiencing what freedom is and from that experience an honest respect for it.

For a side note, I've been listening to the hunger games music and I've found that it does help me think more clearly and rationally.

Welcome :-) Great to see so many fellow anarchists on these forums now. Used to be dominated by Maoists years ago, which was awful. That's why I left the first time. Where are you from by the way? Here in the UK, the anarchist movement has a lot of potential, and whilst I don't want to speak on behalf of fellow anarchists across the globe it seems the same pretty much worldwide. With more and more people realising how stagnant and ineffectual the traditional Left really is and looking towards anarchism for alternative methods of organisation we have a great opportunity to really get our ideas across and start developing some concrete and effective strategies through non-hierarchical discussion and consensus, which is why it would be great to coordinate with anarchists globally. Fuck borders and all that ;-)

I'm really on point with everything you've said. I'm looking to gather ideas that can be followed with rational thought and reason as I believe that is all anarchy really needs to a true way of life. I've really come to the conclusion that for anarchy will need to use words as its fist before looking to tactical violence. Using tactical violence will only strengthen peoples indoctrinated way of perceiving what anarchy is and not what it can actually become. Coordinating globally would be pretty awesome but I feel that, which I am working on, a symbol is almost needed that represents a faction made up of many factions. The current symbols are gravy and everything but to the uneducated eye they represent uncontrolled chaos and mayhem. I second your statement on borders as well.

I am currently situated in the united states.

Effectively you would like Anarchism to be re-packaged so that it does not appear to be a mindless *insert Bourgeoisie definition of anarchy here*.

I suppose I'd agree with you. Anarchism really needs a new breed of Emma Goldmans or Pytor Kropotkins etc that actively campaign against Capitalism through literature that is accessible to the average person and the "intellectual". That would further the overall progress of the left. But it's all good suggesting this without there being any actual progress. Anyone know a real life example of the above?
