Can anyone refer me to some literature that focuses on why competition is bad in the workplace.
I would like to form a better debate when debating Ron Paul 'revolutionaries'.

Just offhand I'll proffer that one would have to have a religious-like *faith* in the dynamic of competition leading to better results overall. Taken to its logical conclusion we should all just be beating each other over the head all the time, in constant warfare, for the sake of the survivors to emerge as *the best* as the result.
So as much as these types like to spout their praise for "competition", in reality society is far more complex than this, with rulers, governance, common economic interests, culture, and practice providing much *cooperative* structure, against fevered claims to a world writhing with competitiveness.
