Right Wing Fascists Try To Boycott MTV Music Video

Some lunatic called AmericanPatriot2004 is trying to get a music video taken off the air because it shows Bush as Hitler. He has posted all over Ezboard, protestwarrior.com and on ronaldreagan.com

The people on the Ronaldreagan forum are trying to justify this by saying its a free market system and consumers have a right to have something taken off the air if they don't like what they see. I say use the info against them. Call and write to MTV and tell them the video shouldn't be removed from MTV. Go to that guy's petition and state your opinion about how the video should not be removed. The petition allows people to write comments in there.

One interesting note. On that Ezboard forum above they had a picture of Howard Dean where it showed him as a Nazi. I exposted their hypocrisy. IMO if you're going to say one person shouldn't be shown as a Nazi and do the exact same thing you're an idiot and a hypocrite. I was banned from that forum because of my comments.

It's a Canadian television channel called ZED TV. They show content created by viewers. There's actually some pretty good stuff on there.

The video in question was done by Nivek Ogre from Skinny Puppy. I do believe skinny puppy has disbanned and Ogre is doing solo projects. I LOVED SKinny Puppy. They have always been considered a band with a leftist message. I worked with them on one of their tours and have seen them on 3 different tours. Ogre on his own isnt as hard and heavy as Skinny Puppy was. Listening to the video surprised me. My fav Skinny Puppy album was MIND: THE PERPETUAL INTERCOURSE. Now thats ol' school!

I've been keeping up with the Skinny Puppy stuff. They regrouped in 2000 and are releasing a new album in 2004. They had a brand new song on the Underworld soundtrack. Pretty average movie but the soundtrack is pretty good.

My favorite is definately their live album from when they played the Doomsday festival in Dresden. Skinny Puppy is badass.

Too Dark Park is my favorite. Rabies is a close second. Oh yeah, if you think that Ohgr video is something you should see some of the backing tapes they had on the Too Dark Park tour. If you like horror films you&#39;ll really enjoy those. If you have time and a fast connection go find the Worlock backing tape. They created the entire thing from murders from horror films and it follows the drumbeats so each stab and decapitation is in sequence with the music.
