Political careerists and veterans of the private sector seem to dominate. No surprises but wish more people where made aware of this or simply didn't keep voting for them (supposed to be House of Commons after all, should live up to the name more)

I know , I know, revolution is the solution but still...hate that while this system still exists, pretty much the same shower of shitbags gets in every time.

What I find most depressing is that the most visible working-class MP is Nadine Dorries. I say fascist as a slur, but I can just see as capitalism goes into complete freefall she'll head up the technically fascist movement.

Furthermore, the majority of MPs tend also to have been educated in public (private/fee-paying) schools, particularly those who achieve senior positions in the Cabinet (the British executive).

Very senior Cabinet members tend to come from elite public schools, like Eton, for example :( :star:

EDIT: @ Angry Young Man. Reading your post then, for some reason as I thought of Nadine Dorries, Pauline Hanson of the (Australian) One Nation Party, came into my mind. I know it's a different scenario, but it just popped into my head anyway lol
