A researcher into the hospitality and customer service industry, claims to have indentified seven types of "weirdo" lol:

Joel Anaya, from Washington State University, did a study, and found that waiters and customers were irritated like fuck by about seven different types of peeps, including: those who complain at the slightest little grievnance; who pay with small amounts of change; and who swear loudly.
