How mnay of these would you agree/disagree with?

1: higher tax on rich- currently the very rich pay lower taxes than under super maggie, putting a new system in that would see the ultra rich get taxed at 60%- 65% , this would create billions for the country and could allow a genrally lower tax for the poorer members of society

2: minimum wage of £7.50 an hour- creates a wealthier society and a more equal society, links between poverty and crime and poverty and ill health etc all severed

3:maximum 35 hour working week, this would create thousands of new jobs while also leaving workers more time to do, this and minimum wage would be properly enforces with frequant inspectors

4:workers councils set up: representatives selected very locally, called into accountability at any time, large meetings of hundreds of local level reps to discuss the issues of the day- all done regionlly and devolved- also means representation of common people

5:representatives get paid only the same average wage as their voters to ensure better representation and avoid financial corruption

6:Nukes abolished, cost too much money and install a sense of fear which can be dangerous and i beleive instigates the likes of Bin Ladin

7:stop ALL millitary attacks unless threat is truely imminent, no good has come out of any way post 1945 due to our involvment, costs too much money and turns the world against us

8:rid public services of privatisation- this means poor performances and costs too much, private companies like Jarvis would be fined for the damage they have allready caused, privatisation kills

9:free school meals- this would end stigmatising and create a more nutricious diet for kids, hence better health and saving money for families etc

10:press control against racist filth like the Sun, an end to woman exploitation through press etc an end of the prono business for money as it is sexist and vile

11:democratic rights ridden for Nazis- dont benefit society and should keep racist ideas to themselves, Nazi parties banned

12:no consideration for things like the euro and strong euro intergration, however trade made fair throughout world

13:doors opened to immigration and all opressed alowed to enter and try to make a living (obviously no Bin Ladin like fanatics)

14:more drug clinics opened- i agree with the tories on this one, we have not enough for too many addicts

15:higher moral standards for companies to follow- eg: better workers rights, fair trade products etc

16:end of "special relationship" with the US presidents if they're right wing republican capitalists

17:progressive drug policy- begin on legalising cannabis in a bid to cut out dealers and street crime- like Amsterdam where its worked and hard drug consumption is down

18:stronger advertising standards and a ban of adverts for ciigarettes and fatty foods aimed at kids etc

19:public smoking ban- this worked in Calafornia and saves tens of thousands of lives from passive smoking etc and smoking in genral

20:better representation- cheif of police, fire brigade etc elected, 2nd house elected, workers councils, one ruling body which is made of regional reps from each region with elections annually and recall at any time - like US governors in that sense

21:sociey all striving for the common good, all work done to enrich society etc, greed cut down, all services nationalised etc in a nation of equality and fairness

1) Agree. Create higher taxes on the rich to help bring them to the financial equality of the masses.

2) I don't know how much that is in dollars, but minimum wage here is $5.15 and hour. I agree, but if you wish to create a wealthier society, you have to make sure that you gain that money back in order to pay the workers their normal salary.

3) This wouldn't work out well because with the salary raises for the workers, you are actually giving them a put cut because you are cutting hours from their schedule, they will still be making more, but not as much as they should.

4) Totally agree, no further comments except representatives should be elected, not selected.

5) Agree, the representatives should only be elected based on their experience, character, and devotion.

6) Once again, I agree with you totally, plus if a nuke were used it would be catastrophic for the environment.

7) Agree, you shouldn't attack unless it is absolutely necessary.

8) Somewhat disagree, private business should be allowed, but heavily restricted and monitored to ensure that the entrepreneur does not make more than the masses.

9) Totally agree, the kids need their food. :)

10) Agree, racism, sexism, homophobia should be punished to the fair extent if it becomes too harmful.

11) Agree, Nazi and fascist parties should be dissolved and their members forced to become normal members of society, or face the consequences.

12) A main aspect of socialism or communism is to bring everyone together to live and work in harmony, therefore money such as the euro should be taken in to consideration, therefore trade can help benefit the economy, but in the country, governement should keep a close watch on the trade, making sure that no foreign capitalists take a footing in the country.

13) I agree, the opressed and hungry should not be turned back.

14) Agree, too many people's lives are ruined by drugs.

15) The boss or manager should place themselves on the level of the workers, and help them to create a better work environment.

16) End of ALL special relationships with US presidents as long as they are doing harm to the common good.

17) Agree, but it might not work the same as Amsterdam, and a bigger problem may be created, but we have to be optimistic.

18) Advertising should not include the bandwagon catch, and I agree there.

19) Totally agree, people shouldn't have to suffer from other's second hand smoke.

20) Agree, just as long as they do not take a holier than thou stance against those that they were elected by, and if a poor job is done, then they should be relieved of their post.

21) Totally agree, society first, personal gain second.

1.No.This dont help.Everything should be taken to state or to commune. But if we want to play social democrats then I would put/raise taxes on stock deals and dividends and all what belong to business.

2.Sounds good.

3.Yes but he salary should remain same.

4.Let do this now.

5.The salary should be pay for what they deserve.

6.What about if attack comes from outer space?Meteorite etc

7.I wonder waht would be necessary reason to attack if these suggests happen?

8.Damn right.Everything to state or workers commune.

9.Yes i agree

10.Yes I agree

11.Not very democratic Liberal.Of course they should have the right to do this.

12.No.EU maybe capitalist but it demolish nationalist states.Think about when EU is about to collapse, almost whole Europe steps to socialism.

13.Yes I agree but I sure dislike these immigrants. They take the easy way.

14.Yes rehabilate current users and stop coming new users.

15.Hmm If every company is at states property then this wouldnt be a question.

16.End it right now!

17.I would disagree with this one.

18.Yep too many fat and people and smoker is in world.

19.Yep.

20.Now what is 2nd house?I dont know about electing a fire brigade but electing police forces sounds good.

21.That what I have been saying.

Now you have forgot couple things like banning child labour and abolishing inheritances and land owning.

1. No. This would generate very little extra income. Plus, the rich would just leave.

2. No. Where does this money come from? Only BIG corporations - with a reserve of "capital" - would be able to afford these wages, thus strengthening their position. Plus, millions would become unemployed overnight, and businesses would spontaneously fold. No no no.

3. Yes. I agree. Enforcing this law may be tricky though...

4. Good in theory, not in practice. The Trade Unions are meant to represent their workers; perhaps we should reform them instead?

5. Possibly... But then who'd want to be a politician?

6. This is a great plan - if everyone does it. Otherwise, no-one will.

7. Agreed: War = Bad.

8. Definitely. The public sector should be massively expanded.

9. Yup. But no lumpy custard.

10. This is bordering on censorship - I would instead create viable alternatives to "The Sun" and other tabloids. Which are pure Arse.

11. No - this is exactly what fascists would do! They must be allowed to exist; in an ideal world though, no-one would support them any way.

12. The Euro is BAD. Avoid at all costs!

13. Immigration should be allowed, but we should also be promoting global equality - so immigrants would not have to risk ostracisation or poverty here.

14. Damn drugs. I agree though, more clinics should be set up.

15. Yes, 100%.

16. Hahaha, indeed! Or just end it with no reason whatsoever!

17. NO!!

18. Yes...

19. Also yes. Damn cigarettes.

20. Partially agree, partially disagree. Police and Fire chiefs should be elected on the basis of expertise, not popularity. The 2nd house - the house of Lords - SHOULD NOT be elected; it would lead to a massive concentration of power in the hands of the elected government. Fine you might think, that's democracy... But no. The house of Lords is an important check on politicians power. Workers councils should be elected - as they represent a voice rather than a body of expertise.

21. Yes comrade!

I agree with all except these ones:

1: higher tax on rich- currently the very rich pay lower taxes than under super maggie, putting a new system in that would see the ultra rich get taxed at 60%- 65% , this would create billions for the country and could allow a genrally lower tax for the poorer members of society

We had a high tax rate in the 70's, far higher than 65%, its top rate was 99%. Tax evasion becomes far more frequent. I still agree to some extent though.

3:maximum 35 hour working week, this would create thousands of new jobs while also leaving workers more time to do, this and minimum wage would be properly enforces with frequant inspectors

I propose a minimum 40 hour week. If you don't love this country and want it to prosper you shouldn't be living here.

10:press control against racist filth like the Sun, an end to woman exploitation through press etc an end of the prono business for money as it is sexist and vile

For money? -pornography is sexist and vile whether it is for money or not.

13:doors opened to immigration and all opressed alowed to enter and try to make a living (obviously no Bin Ladin like fanatics)

Everyone allowed to enter Britain and given the same securities as others, economic migrants as welcome as the oppressed. NB: Anti-imperialist nations don't attract fanatical Islamics.

I know some didn't agree with the 35 hour work week...but I had an idea...

what about 35 hours of work with 5 mandatory hours of paid council activities?

i don't know, just a thought.

5. Possibly... But then who'd want to be a politician?

If politicians are paid the same as workers, who would want to be workers? i know several people who have drifted toward politics for inherent reasons. that's the beauty of socialism, once the playing field is leveled, people are free to explore their personal aptitudes without fear of economic oppression. some would be interested in agriculture, and i'm sure some people would be interested in representing the interests of their peers.

I'd MUCH rather be a worker, comrade! Politicians, whether you like them or not, have a pretty hard time! They work long hours and do a thankless task; everyone always complains about them! Poor buggers. If I were them, I'd organise a strike! I actually pity them... (even if they are misguided ideologically)

I propose a minimum 40 hour week.

No way! This is surely not liberation!
