So, due to my diet which is in relation to being poor as fuck, I take a multi-vitamin to stay healthy. Allegedly its supposed to provide me with everything I need a day. What vitamins or vitamin regiments would posters here recommend? Reminder, I have to be able to buy it at a dollar store or some place for cheap.

You may as well just buy fresh fruit/veg, it'll probably be cheaper than buying processed food.
It's a bit of a myth that if you're poor you can only afford to eat unhealthily. There's nothing wrong with replacing fresh meat/fish with frozen stuff if you really can't afford, though you'd be better off just buying a small, small amount of meat (i.e. cheap chicken, have like 50-100g per day) and having loads of rice and veg. Rice costs pennies, so does pasta and bread, fruit and veg isn't all that expensive either. With the little bit of meat, and some milk (also cheap as chips) you should be absolutely fine. No need to waste your money on vitamins.

Why you don't using healthy natural food to meet your vitamins needs. Fresh vegetables and fruits are a good source of vitamins and minerals. "We are what we eat" is a true saying, our body builds up with what we eat.

If you do supplement with vitamins, take them with a meal with 15 grams of fat at the least, vitamin tablets can only be absorbed through fat, otherwise your not getting any benefit from them.

Same goes for your salad, if you eat it raw your absorbing about 10 percent of the vitamins, you need to add olive oil or chopped nuts to it.
