Manifesto

One of the most brilliant minds of our time expresses his understanding of the situation. Of course Zionists dismiss it because he is not a politician and then call him a fool.

It is not surprising the Hawking would put his two cents in for, what was then, a significant event in the Gaza war. Einstein, in his time, also delved into current events.
I'm Neutral in this conflict, as I refuse to support both Zionists and Palestinian Nationalists. All countries must burn-figuratively speaking!

WTF? You realise there are more then 2 options? How can you call yourself a revolutionary leftist and just sit back and let colonialism happen? You realise palestinian nationalist aren't the only other option besides zionism right?

(a) Israel isn't a colony, if it was, it would a very shitty, small, resourceless and full of dissidents one
(b) Diaspora palestinians lost their right to live in Israel in the moment that mizrahi jews were expelled from muslim countries to Israel
(c) All this whole thing of the "left against Israel", "zionism is racism", etc is a lobby from cold war times; enjoy fitting in Russian geopolitics, I bet they're getting very rich selling outdated arms to arab countries

lol at the idea that dissidents prove that a country is not a colony. kind of like how its impossible for a country to be unjust as long as you have the freedom to say its unjust!
(yeah I know stern is banned but still)

I know he's banned and clearly a troll but I have an itch that needs a scratchin!
(a) Colonies can have dissidents, not all colonies exist purely for material resources and given Israel's military capacity and usefulness to the US empire and the west I'd say it's pretty damn useful. Also stealing land moving a particular ethnic group onto it while kicking out the indiginous population is a big part of colonialism.
(b) First of all I totally support the right of return for jews to any country they may have come to arab included so don't try and assume or put words in other people mouthes you hasbara scum. Secondly, the Palestinians do not nor shall the EVER deserve to be punished for what other Arab states(mostly dictatorships) OR what the Nazis did(since so many Zionists like to use the holocaust). Lastly, Israel staged it's own propoganda campaign to fear monger amongst jews living in the world to get them to immigrate to Israel, in fact they tried the same thing recently with Turkish jews(which failed) after the Turkish government got into a spat with Israel.
(c) This last point of yours is so stupid it hardly deserves a response, but like I said I'm itchy. The left against zionism because of the Soviet Union? Are you nuts? Did you just ignore the anti-colonial side fo the left? The opposition to ethnic cleansing? Apartheid? Racism? Ethno-chauvinist ideologies? To say nothing of the fact that the last thing the world needs is to be broken down into more states, which always works out so fantastically cause we all know how well Pakistan and India get along.

I can understand what the Jewish people have been through, especially the Holocaust but it is entirely unjustified for one oppressed group to take revenge on another oppressed group that is innocent of guilt. Not to mention as others have said of the state of Israel being a front of imperialism, thus I support the well-being of both the people of Israel and Palestine but not the state of Israel.

Stephen! I've been in love since I read "A Briefer History of Time" (the layman's "A Brief History of Time" LOL:laugh:). But anyway, I'm no longer an anti-statist so I don't hold views that the goal is to eliminate states of all sort--whether it be Israel or Palestine. An old DL of mine, who happened to be one of the most knowledgeable and ardent anti-Zionists I know, came from a Jewish family. I spent a lot of time getting to know him and his family's history--and despite it being 2012 already, people still conflate Judaism with Zionism.

I don't support the Palestinians or the Israeli's, rather I support the workers themselves.
