One more school demonstration while I can

Alright with only one month of school left I want to do something else like on Columbus Day but I have no idea where to begin and the school needs to know they can't just rip down every poster I put up. Anyone got something?

Do they know it is you who puts up posters, do they suspect you?
Putting posters is not as effecting as voicing your opinion in person, when I put up posters everyone ignored them, even the teachers, but when I expressed my opinion about anarchism in my class they could not ignore.
I think you should speak instead of letting paper speak for you.

Stickers? Spraypaint? Banner drop? Pamphletting (handing shit to folk also means there's a space for face-to-face conversation)?

Make sure your school doesn't have security cameras... they'll catch you and suspend you...

No they got attention. As soon as the teachers saw them they were tearing them down and it got enough attention, a good amount of people were talking about it the next day (my friend said he knew it was me because I was the only one with the guts to do it lol)

Hahahahaha my school has cameras like EVERYWHERE, it just wasn't a serious enough offense for them to check the cameras and suspend me.

I gess my country is less authoritarian than yours then:laugh:, the students saw my posters and commented oo them but it had no long term effect.
Explaining anarchism to the whole class had a long term effect, I say you should try to get an opurtunity to explain your dislike for columbus day (we don't have that in Portugal, so I have no idea what it is).

I've tried explaining Anarchism before, didn't work at all. If somebody asked I would gladly tell them why Columbus Day is evil. I'll explain it to you, as you know Columbus was the Italian working for the Spanish that "discovered" the Americas (at least six other peoples discovered the Americas before him). When he arrived at the islands he noted how they would make good slaves even though they were like the nicest and gentlest people that helped him as much as they could. Then when he returned on the second expedition he came with a force to enslave them and commit genocide killing about a few million Taino (estimates are hard to figure out but the least is hundred of thousands for sure) to the point that barely any survivors were left (a good amount escaped to the mainland) and doing things like if they didn't bring him a quota of gold then he would cut their hands off or if children tried to run away he would cut their legs off. Columbus got a national holiday in America (he is lied about and portrayed as this innocent guy and the genocide came AFTER him) and while it's not really celebrated like Australia Day is, just the fact that he has a holiday disgusts me, you might as well give Hitler one.

Don't worry about getting suspended - I mean, seriously, in terms of your life as a whole, that shit is totally irrelevent. Hell, do shit that will get you suspended while you can, before doing the same shit will get you criminal charges.

Don't worry about getting suspended - I mean, seriously, in terms of your life as a whole, that shit is totally irrelevent. Hell, do shit that will get you suspended while you can, before doing the same shit will get you criminal charges.
I don't care about getting suspended that much, it's the fact that it might get to my white supremacist family and they'll be curious as to why I'm not racist like them.

I had to put them up in a way that they could be put up quickly, if the teachers saw them being put up they would have ripped them down then and there.

You could mention that he was responsible for the obliteration of eight million people and their cultures yet is considered a hero by the U.S.

EDIT: Someday I will learn to read the thread before posting. You mentioned this already. Going out with a bang is always fun. Of course if they catch you doing that you'll do more harm for Anarchism than good, the same with spray-painting. You could put posters up really high, hack the intercom (most fun you could ever have in school), put hundreds of stickers on the lockers, put pamphlets in text books, organize a walk-out, or prepare an inspiring speech to make in class or in the gym/cafeteria.
