as far as smoke quality goes my favorite is bongs for obvious reason, but to do that you need someone to either carry it around in a backpack or be inside a house/apartment. my favorite overall is probably a joint, because you don't need to carry shit around after you smoke it and it's the most fun to smoke.

The first (and only) time I ever encountered one was at some drug dealer's house in New York. My friend and I went over there to buy some drugs and there were a bunch of people over there, and they had a "waterfall". It was impossible for me to clear that thing, jesus. I felt like I was 13 and just smoking my first cigarette. They were smoking some intense weed out of it, too.

I was incredibly stoned when I got back in the car to go home. I was in a strange neighborhood that I didn't know at all and immediately got lost. My friend knew the neighborhood but he was asleep in the passenger seat and even punching him hard in the arm didn't seem to disturb him. I drove around high and paranoid as hell for a while, it sucked.

In Canada a spliff exclusively refers to a joint with tobacco. I roll all my joints with tobacco.

Here a joint is only weed in a cigarette paper, but a spliff is weed and tobacco mixed in a cigarette paper, and a blunt is only weed in a cigar wrap.

Lazy people sometimes smoke weed. Weed doesn't make you lazy. Sure, it causes lung damage - you're inhaling smoke and shit - but cancer has never been conclusively linked as far as I know.

A bowl is a pipe, just referring to where you put the weed. I don't think many people outside the US use the term, even in North America (at least Mexico I know doesn't). When I first came here, and started smoking here, I was confused by "bowl" myself.

small glass bowl is what I prefer. Joints and blunts use too much weed compared to how high you get off it, I know it's convenient for on-the-go and looks like a cigarette but I think a small glass bowl is almost just as convenient and the high being worth the loss of perfect concealment.

As for the ones including in the poll, the ones most commonly used by me and my buddies are the gravity bong and the bowl. Call me a lightweight, but the gravity bong is too much and too fast for me. I've had some bad anxiety attacks after taking hits off those. I prefer a classic bowl; I can take it at whatever speed I want to, with whatever amount I want to.
