I watched as a kid but it kind of makes me cringe when I see sports obsessed grown-ups.

I like watching sports. Especially boxing. I'm not an overzealous sports fan, but I do enjoy sitting down and watching a football match or a basketball game when I can.

I seldom watch sports. I watch big tournaments in football/soccer, like world championship, european championship, sometimes even Champions league. Sometimes I also watch cross country skiing, or even ski jumping or biathlon, but it's actually pretty boring.

I love basketball and American football. I played them in middle school, and while I don't play anymore I still keep up with them.

I watch football games if Liverpool are playing (and sometimes go to a pub with other people to watch football, but not always Liverpool), but other than that I don't have much interest in sport. When the Olympics or Commonwealth Games are being held, I sometimes watch some of the events (without going for any particular nation, although it's nice to see the smaller nations beating the bigger sporting nations), but normally I have no interest in the vast majority of sports.

Yeah watch a lot of sport; football mainly, and american football and cricket, watch darts and golf sometimes too

I like watching boxing (only heavyweight), I sometimes watch MOTD, I watch snooker (inb4 snooker's not a sport), and sometimes rugby/cricket if there's a big event.
Normally I only watch highlights though. I'm not the type of person who can sit through a whole game.

I said "no" only because I don't regularly watch it. I enjoy it when I get the chance - even moreso actually going to a game - but I simply don't have time to watch it regularly or keep up. Last time the Giants were in the playoffs I only realized it when I got on the train after a game one day and I though - gee, this is late in the season

Baseball (my father's family is Dominican, so I have no choice), football, and basketball. I used to play basketball and football for my school team and a local team, until I got really sick from what I thought was a simple blood problem one and a half years ago.
EDIT: I watch all these sports on a occasional basis when in season.

I prefer actually playing sports with friends. I'm not sure I've ever sat down and watched an entire sports program though, so I guess my view is kind of biased.

I used to play basketball, american football, folkstyle wrestling and boxing. I'll watch sports here and there. Mostly fights (boxing or mma) or american football.

Seeing as baseball unlocks all the secrets of the universe and use the L.A. Dodgers as its messenger, yes. :thumbup1:

I liked watching mixed martial arts shit on TV briefly in my early teens. Does that count? For several years now the closest thing I've watched to sports is, on occasion, ニューハーフプロレス (Newhalf pro-wrestling). Because it sort of turns me on if the outfits are nice.

I watch baseball games, when it involves my team, along with football (soccer) for the same reason. I don't just watch any team.

I watch ice hockey whenever I can and love the hell out of it, but I don't really care about much else.

I used to watch a lot of Motorbiking and Rugby, but I grew tired of it once I stopped visiting my dad regularly. If I watch anything competitive, it's usually e-sports... generally because its a fuck tonne more entertaining than regular sport.

All depends on whether it takes longer and longer to watch. Know what I'm sayin'?;)

I watch the soccer world cup games if they are on and I'm bored.
I used to watch FIFA World Cup cheered for The Netherlands cause I was prospective Dutch patriot cause my grandma was Dutch ( nationalist logic, eh?). Now I don't anymore cause of the nationalism and I wasted money on authentic jersey and warm up jacket :cursing: (which is great jacket except for it's nationalist connotations :()
Still pissed Spain won the cup though :cursing::cursing::cursing::cursing::cursing::curs ing::cursing::cursing::cursing::cursing::cursing:: cursing::cursing:
I am currently looking for Canadian soccer hopefully something city based or atleast province so it's not nationalist though I can see myself watching the next World Cup guilty pleasure I sapose :blushing:
so i voted yes
also used to be Detriot Red Wings fan but I'm more of a football (soccer) guy and stopped watching NHL after my Habs fan Uncle humiliated me by exposing my poor fanmanship :crying:
I never watch sports. It's like watching paint dry.

Once in a while at a bar with a childhood friend who's really into soccer, just as an excuse to hang out. Other than that, nah.
P.S. Can anyone explain to me why poker is on The Sports Network? I never could figure that one out...

No, I tend to avoid watching sports on the whole. And I like participating in sports even less than I like watching it. I do occasionally watch gymnastics, though. I find the flexibility, skill and dexterity involved in that endeavour, really, really impressive.

I don't. I used to watch MMA all the time but then the bros came(not brocialists mind you, you know who I'm talking about). Since then I have maybe watched a few events but not really.
I wish that I did like it though, it would make sports bars more interesting than I find them now.

I go to all of Carlton's AFL home games (best sport on the planet), and play local footy
