The world did great without America before, and there is no reason why it shouldn't if America was gone. I know a lot more people would still be alive if America never came to be.

No. Before America, colonial powers like Great Britain and France were doing the same thing America has been doing for the past two centuries. As a matter of fact, they were even more oppressive. So, considering that fact and the fact that history is not determined by individual persons or nations, even if the USA didn't exist now, a European power would be taking its place as the imperialist superpower. I too hate American imperialism, but I prefer history to stay realistic.
